At Flip Side School of Real Estate, our mission is to equip North Carolina brokers with the knowledge, confidence, and fresh perspectives needed to thrive. We turn broker education into an opportunity to think differently, act strategically, and see beyond the surface. Because there is always a flip side.
Our Story
Our name, Flip Side, is a reflection of our philosophy - looking past the obvious, finding opportunity in challenges, and offering fresh viewpoints that encourage brokers to grow. Clearly, it’s also a nod to the real estate world itself: where houses may be flipped, investments turned, and our skill and care in negotiations can transform lives and businesses for the better.
At the end of 2020, our founder, Denea, began contemplating the journey of opening her own real estate school. Teaching had always come naturally, and after years as a broker, she discovered helping others achieve their goals more rewarding than closing deals. That led to becoming an NC-approved instructor and creating a school built to inspire, equip, and elevate real estate professionals.
Today, we specialize in North Carolina’s continuing education courses - GENUP, BICUP, and electives - delivered live online. Our classes are practical, engaging, and designed to help you apply what you learn immediately.
