Class Information and Link

The class link, along with the manual, will be emailed to you within 48 hours prior to the class. If you do not receive the email containing the link, please ensure to check your spam, trash, promotion, social and any other email folder you have. The link will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. It is your responsibility to reach out no later than 2 hours before class to inform us you have not received the link so we can email it. Any email within 2 hours of class looking for links will not be answered. Please note that refunds will not be issued for incorrect email addresses or emails that are diverted to your spam folder, or for request for class link after 2 hours before the start time of the registered course. We have no control over your email and there may be times that the system does not deliver the class link. No unapproved late arrivals permitted.

Requirements for NCREC CE Credit

You agree and acknowledge that ALL rules must be followed to receive credit for the course. This includes providing the correct broker number, updating your Zoom name as required in Zoom courses, and following the directions given by the instructor during the course to confirm attendance. Flip Side School of Real Estate will not be responsible for any missing credit for students who do not follow directions completely. Additionally, you have a 10-day window from the date of the class to notify us if you have not received certificates or do not see your credit reflected with the commission. We will not address any issues regarding non-credit after 10 days from the course date.

Certificates/NCREC CE Credit

Please allow up to 7 business days from course completion to receive your certificate or see the update on the commission website. Kindly refrain from contacting the school until this timeframe has elapsed.

Refund Policy

There will be no refund for "no shows" or for cancellations 24 hours prior to the start date of the class. We understand that life happens, you will need to sign up for another class via the website.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a course any time up to 24 hours prior to the start of class. Rescheduling within 24 hours prior to the class start time is not permitted.

Wrong Class

It is your responsibility to know which course you are required to take. Flip Side School of Real Estate will not refund for scheduling the wrong course or rescheduling. You are welcome to register via the website for the correct class.
